Redefining 62 to 102
Your future is more changeable than you've been told.
Imagine remaining free, independent, strong, and flourishing for decades longer than you ever thought possible.
A conversation with someone on Dr. Gina's team, with no exam, no diagnosis, and nothing to commit to. Rather write than talk? Discovery is a short set of guided questions instead. Dr. Gina provides care only in the states and jurisdictions where she holds active licensure, so we'll confirm yours before we go any further.
Watch and wait.
That's just what happens after 60.
You'll learn to live with it.
Most of it is detectable early.
Most of it is addressable.
Decline this early was never required. Just common.
A walkthrough of the whole approach, coming soon
A short walkthrough is on the way: how the testing works, what it finds, and why she built the practice around prevention rather than crisis care. Until it's posted, several of her recorded talks and webinars sit further down this page.
Which one is you?
The Scare
A frightening diagnosis, a moment that shook you, a family history that follows you into every checkup. Peace of mind is gone, and the only plan anyone has offered you is watch and wait.
The Slow Fade
No diagnosis. Just more tired than you used to be, foggier than you'd like to admit, and slower to bounce back. You've started to accept it, quietly, because no one ever told you it was a choice.
Both are the same story underneath: a decline you were never actually required to accept.
The future you actually get to choose
Free. Independent. Strong. Flourishing for decades longer than you thought possible. Peace of mind restored, vitality reclaimed. Feeling younger instead of older, growing stronger instead of slower, living longer instead of just lasting longer, and knowing instead of hoping.

For more than twenty years I've watched people get told to watch and wait while their biology still had real room to change. It never sat right with me. I wrote Skip the Heart Attack because the tools to catch that risk early already exist, and almost no one is offered them. Heart of Longevity is the care I'd want for the people I love, built for anyone who was never told this was a choice.
In practice since 2005. Licensed to treat patients by telehealth in 47 states and Washington, D.C. Author of Skip the Heart Attack: The Biology Your Doctor Isn't Using to Save Your Life.
“Rejecting unnecessary decline is the key to becoming the future you choose.” The belief behind every plan we build
I've stood at both bedsides
My husband Terry lived hard and loved fully. He also turned down nearly every chance I gave him to look at his own biology, no testing, no prevention, nothing. The disease that had been building quietly for years took him in October 2018. He isn't the only one I carry. I come from generations who went the same way, many of them spending their final years diminished and dependent instead of truly living. I don't tell you this to lay blame, but because losing people I loved taught me the hardest lesson of my career: having the answers is not enough. People have to be reached, not just informed.
I've spent decades inside the system that treats these diseases, and I know exactly what it's built for. It's extraordinary in a crisis, the heart attack that already happened, the stroke that already struck. Where it's far weaker is the quieter work: finding vulnerable plaque, silent inflammation, oxidative stress, hidden oxygen deprivation, oral infection, and metabolic dysfunction years before any of it becomes an emergency. That's the precision framework we built at The Prevent Clinic, and it exists because most of what takes the people we love isn't fate, it's biology we've known how to change for years.
So when your future is on the line, you don't need someone who has read the research, you need someone who has lived it: someone who buried her husband to a preventable disease, held her dying grandfather's hand after his stroke, and spent a career in the rooms where these diseases win. I turned that grief into the most precise, most personal, most relentless prevention work I know how to build. I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't already measured, tested, and built into my own days. Today I'm living the redefinition of 62 to 102 I'm asking you to choose. I'm not just your clinician, I'm the proof it can be done. This was never a job to me, it's the mission I've given the rest of my life to, one person at a time.
To end the needless suffering caused by heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and dementia, the top four killers we have long known how to prevent, by giving you the biology-first clarity to see your future self clearly, and the daily rhythm to become strong, independent, and flourishing, all the way to your last blissful breath.
Stay Vibrant. For Life. For Love. For Legacy.

Precision prevention, not a wellness plan
Four things quietly end independence after 60: heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and dementia. Heart of Longevity exists to detect your risk for them early enough to act, and to build an evidence-based plan that works to reduce that risk before it becomes a diagnosis. That means arterial wall level diagnostics and a care plan built around what your biology is actually doing, led by a clinician, not an app. It isn't general wellness, and it isn't a supplement stack.
Three steps, no guessing
Accurate Target
We pinpoint what's actually driving your risk, not whatever a generic panel happens to catch.
Complete Testing
Arterial wall level diagnostics, the kind most primary care never thinks to order. It's the difference between a cholesterol number that looks fine and knowing what your arteries are actually doing.
Customized Care
From there, a plan shaped around your biology and your life, right down to how you actually live it.
Everything included in your first six months
Complete baseline testing
Blood and saliva panels come first, because everything after this is built from what your own biology is actually doing on the day we look at it.
A customized 90-day care plan
Built from your results, then walked through with you line by line.
Two 1:1 sessions with Dr. Gina
Real time with the clinician who designed your plan.
Weekly accountability check-ins
Someone from the team reaches out every week, which is usually the difference between a plan you follow and a plan you meant to.
Follow-up labs and reassessment
After the 90 days, the same panels again, read side by side with your baseline.
Live group sessions and community
Sessions every week and a private member group, so the harder stretches happen alongside people doing the same work.
Once you start Discovery, we walk you through fit, timing, and exactly what it costs, so none of the money shows up as a surprise later.
Every week for six months, someone is checking in
The check-in that keeps the plan alive
The weeks between appointments are where a care plan usually stalls, so someone from the team is in contact every week to see what's working, where you're stuck, and what should change before your reassessment.
Your file stays current
Every check-in updates your record, so Dr. Gina is always working from where you stand this month.
You're doing this alongside other people
Weekly live group sessions and a private member community put you in the room with others running the same protocol.
The plan renews with you
After your 90-day reassessment, the next six months get rebuilt around what actually moved.
The weekly check-ins, the group sessions, and the reassessment cycle all exist for the months after the excitement wears off, when motivation fades and life gets busy and the plan has to hold anyway. That stretch is where a plan either survives or quietly stops, and it's the part you were never meant to handle alone.
