Four days to stop guessing about your own biology
Most people find out something is wrong once it has already become an event: a scare, a diagnosis, a phone call about a parent. For years before that, the same biology is usually saying something, and a standard annual physical is not built to hear it. That gap is the whole reason these four days exist.
Prevention the way the clinic practices it
Everything across the four days works from the same detect-early, act-early approach behind The Prevent Clinic's clinical work, which is a different starting point than a wellness weekend organized around how you happen to feel that morning.
In the room with the clinician, all four days
In practice since 2005, and teaching this in person, so your questions get answered by the clinician who does the work.
You leave with something to do
What you do afterward is the point, so the days are built around what to ask for, what to keep track of, and what to stop putting off.
Six areas of focus across the four days
Planned focus areas, subject to change as the curriculum is finalized:
Disease Prevention
Finding it early and acting early, the framework everything else on this list runs through.
Cardiovascular Health
The arterial-wall-level testing and risk factors a standard annual physical rarely covers, plus what those results actually tell you.
Hormone Balance
What genuinely shifts with age, and what's worth tracking.
Weight Loss
The metabolic side of weight that willpower advice keeps missing.
Energy
Where fatigue comes from when the labs come back "normal."
Mental Clarity
How metabolic health shows up in how sharp you feel by mid-afternoon.
Date and pricing on this page are confirmed. Curriculum, topics, and format are still being finalized and may change. Nothing here is a promise of specific content or outcome.
Four days, each building on the last
This isn't four separate topics. It's one build, day by day, from where you actually stand today to a real, personal plan for what comes next.
See the future you're actually fighting for
Before anyone talks about biology, you'll be asked something most people never get asked.
Where do you actually want to be in 3 to 5 years, health included? Who do you want to still be doing it with, and what have you quietly shelved because you assumed your body wouldn't let you? You'll write the answer down, in the room, with people doing the same thing.
You leave with: a written, specific picture of your own future, in your own handwriting, that you'll be handed back on Day 4.
The body proves the mind right
Day one was the mind. Day two is something that actually happens, not just gets discussed.
A guided group cold-exposure experience, breathwork first, always optional and adjusted for your comfort. Finishing it is undeniable, physical proof that you can do a hard thing you were afraid of five minutes earlier, the same proof that carries into everything the rest of the week asks of you.
You leave with: a real, physical memory of choosing the hard thing and finishing it.
The specifics, and the plan
Vision on Monday, courage on Tuesday, now the actual keys: what to do, in what order.
The BLESSED Framework taught live, one piece at a time, with a specific action attached to each, something you can start that night. The real clinical structure behind Dr. Gina's own work. And a teaching most people have never heard anywhere else: the direct link between oral health and cardiovascular disease, grounded in her own board membership with the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health.
You leave with: a specific, personal starting point, and a clear picture of what real testing actually looks like.
Everything comes together
Then, for anyone ready, a real next step.
Monday's written vision is handed back to you. You read your own words again, this time next to three days of real proof it's not just possible, it's already underway. For anyone who wants to go further, a personal conversation about what a real plan looks like for you specifically, no pressure, nothing owed just for showing up.
You leave with: a written future, a real starting toolkit, and proof you did something hard and meant it.

For more than twenty years I've sat across from people who were told to watch and wait, at a point when their biology still had room to move. These four days are that same conversation, in person, for anyone who's finished waiting.
